OMG...you have to see the beautiful quilt show she went to this past weekend. The photos, the quilts, the farm...everything took my breath away. It's just absolutely gorgeous.
I was looking at all of the butterfly quilts thinking that I should make a butterfly quilt sometime. Then I remembered that I have already made one!
I made this for my grandaughter, Alexis, when she was born. I have a butterfly garden, so I thought my first grandaugher/grandchild should have one, too. Judy Laquidara quilted it for me.
Looking at Monica's photos makes me want a barn and a farm even more than I already do!

I'm glad you enjoyed the show... would have loved it if you were there IRL too! I want a barn too. If anything, just to hang quilts from!

Wow this is such a cute cute quilt. I love it. The details are spectacular. I've always wanted to do a butterfly quilt too. The flowers around it are really a great touch too.
