Stacy has this awesome blog called My Two Cold Feet. The post about the Red Velvet cake inspired me to make my own.


I'm sure Stacy's was made from scratch with cream cheese frosting. As you can see I took the easy way out and smothered it in white chocolate almond frosting, although cream cheese frosting would have been better. It was so good that I ate three pieces while watching The Biggest Loser!
